Vitagram Privacy Policy

Information we process
We process account identifiers and email; optional profile data such as age, gender, height, weight, activity level and goals; food, water and exercise logs; foods you create; subscription status; app diagnostics and usage events; and photos you choose to capture or upload for barcode scanning, food creation or AI meal analysis.
Purposes and legal bases
We use this information to create and secure your account, provide nutrition tracking and personalized calculations, analyze food photos at your request, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve the service. Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to provide the service, based on your consent, or based on our legitimate interest in operating and securing Vitagram.
AI photos and public food contributions
An AI Meal Scan photo is uploaded to protected storage and sent for AI processing. If no suitable database match exists and you add the result, Vitagram may create a small public food thumbnail and an estimated nutrition entry for the shared food database. Before publication, avoid photos containing faces, documents or other identifying information. Shared AI food entries and thumbnails may remain after account deletion, but are stored without a link to your account.
Service providers
- Supabase: authentication, database, Edge Functions and file storage.
- OpenAI: AI analysis of food images and food information.
- Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: usage measurement and crash diagnostics.
- Google Play: app distribution, purchases and subscription management.
- Cloudflare: delivery and protection of video and live content.
Providers process information only as needed to supply their services. Data may be processed outside your country subject to applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Account and nutrition data are retained while your account is active. Temporary AI uploads are retained only as needed for processing and operational recovery. After a valid deletion request, personal data is deleted promptly and no later than 30 days, except where law requires retention. Residual encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days. We use HTTPS in transit, access controls and database row-level security.
Your rights and account deletion
You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion, and may withdraw consent where applicable. Delete your account from Account > Delete account in the app, or follow these deletion instructions. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or your local authority.
Children
Vitagram is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Какви данни обработваме
Обработваме идентификатори на акаунта и имейл; незадължителни профилни данни като възраст, пол, ръст, тегло, активност и цели; дневници за храна, вода и упражнения; създадени храни; статус на абонамента; диагностика и събития за използване; снимки, които избирате за баркод, добавяне на храна или AI анализ.
Цели и правни основания
Използваме данните за създаване и защита на акаунта, хранителен дневник и персонални изчисления, анализ на снимки по ваша заявка, абонаменти, предотвратяване на злоупотреби, диагностика и подобрение. Основанието според случая е изпълнение на услугата, съгласие или законен интерес за сигурното управление на Vitagram.
AI снимки и общи храни
Снимката за AI Meal Scan се качва в защитено хранилище и се изпраща за AI обработка. Ако няма подходящо съвпадение и добавите резултата, Vitagram може да създаде малък публичен thumbnail и хранителен запис в общата база. Не снимайте лица, документи или друга идентифицираща информация. Общите AI записи и thumbnails могат да останат след изтриване на акаунта, но без връзка с него.
Доставчици
- Supabase: вход, база данни, Edge Functions и файлове.
- OpenAI: AI анализ на снимки и хранителна информация.
- Google Firebase Analytics и Crashlytics: статистика и диагностика.
- Google Play: разпространение, покупки и абонаменти.
- Cloudflare: видео и съдържание на живо.
Не продаваме лични данни. Възможна е обработка извън държавата ви при приложими гаранции за трансфер.
Съхранение и сигурност
Данните се пазят, докато акаунтът е активен. След валидно искане личните данни се изтриват възможно най-скоро и до 30 дни, освен при законово задължение. Остатъчни криптирани backups могат да останат до 90 дни. Използваме HTTPS, контрол на достъпа и Row Level Security.
Вашите права и изтриване
Можете да поискате достъп, корекция, копие, ограничаване, възражение или изтриване и да оттеглите съгласие. Използвайте Акаунт > Изтрий акаунта или инструкциите за изтриване. Можете да подадете жалба до КЗЛД или местния надзорен орган.
Деца
Vitagram не е предназначен за лица под 16 години и не събираме съзнателно техни лични данни.
